The Art Of Massage

Before the first session, we have our clients fill out a short form so that we will know what their goal for the session is: whether relaxation/stress relief or if any particular area may require additional massage (such as neck, shoulder or lower back).

The massage session takes place in a warm, comfortable room with soft music. The client is draped at all times . . . only the area being worked on will be exposed.

We use a moisturizing massage cream which absorbs quickly leaving the skin soft and silky without a greasy residue. This herbal formula is a combination of therapeutic oils which are used to heal and energize strained muscles and joints.
